Just to let you know without your DVD, I could of never held my self together for eight hours of deposition on May 6, I was having a panic attack, even medication did not help quiet my my nerves. I did the Peace and Shema Meditations along with deep breath work to center myself before the depo. I held up better then my attorney expected. You made the DVD just in time for me in my time of need.
